United to create a more equitable and robust operating environment

An initiative of this collective is the Equity Benchmarking Project. In partnership with leading organizations in Canada, members of the collective are working together to gain a better understanding of equity capacity building within organizations. The project will provide an ecosystems-level view of where the sector is on a host of indicators, so that targeted interventions can be applied in an informed way.

The members currently include:

  • The National Association of Friendship Centres
  • Policywise for Children and Families
  • Egale Canada
  • Philanthropic Foundations Canada
  • The Muslim Association of Canada
  • The Network for the Advancement of Black Communities
  • Prosper Canada
  • Imagine Canada
  • Community Foundations Canada
  • Disability Empowerment Equality Network Support Services
