Mediator and Conflict Management Consultant, and a Conflict Management Practitioner for the Director General Alternative Dispute Resolution with the Canadian Federal Government. Facilitated 800+ processes inclusive of regional and national dialogues, and complex multiparty human rights, Indigenous, government, workplace, commercial, and academic conflicts. Professor at Osgoode teaching Dispute Analysis and Process Design. International experience includes: advocating for UNSCR 1325 on Women, Peace and Security; UNAOC Fellow (MENA Region); United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia; working alongside legal counsel to the National Democratic Front of the Philippines, and; providing dispute resolution presentations and trainings in different regions of the world. Canadian representative to Women Mediators across the Commonwealth, Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, member of the Program On International Negotiation Training, Founder/Former Chair of Mediators Beyond Borders International Canada, and Former Director of the ADR Institute of Ontario.
