Peer Learning Initiatives Virtual CEO Peer Support Group Among CEO/EDs (or equivalent title/function) from PFC member organizations there is a strong desire, between the annual retreats, to sustain conversations throughout the year, as a way of sharing information, building relationships, and supporting one another. While such conversations would best be carried out in person, that would exclusively benefit those in larger cities and disadvantage others. It would also rob participants of the richness of dialogue that comes from different regional perspectives. Thus, these regular meetings take place via videoconference. Topics and speakers are engaging and vibrant and participants have ample opportunity to talk with one another. To assist in the design and development of this activity, a small group of CEOs participate in an advisory capacity, helping shape the program and format of calls to ensure they are relevant to their needs.
