Climate Philanthropy Learning Series – Information Session

10 March 2026 / Registration Open

You are cordially invited to attend our information session that will offer an overview of our five-week professional development Climate Philanthropy Learning Series and answer all your questions.

The course is a focused, cohort-based learning journey for Canadian grantmaking organizations designed to turn climate commitments into concrete strategy, partnerships, and funded action.

Through peer exchange, coaching, and thematic exploration, participants will build clarity, confidence, and community around climate action.

Participants leave with practical tools, clear action plans, and direct connections to funders, pooled vehicles, Indigenous-led approaches, and global networks.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for PFC Members and open to staff, board and committee members that are working across the spectrum of climate action.  This can include strategy, policy, advocacy, grantmaking, investment, operations, and partnerships.

We encourage foundations to join who are: curious about climate action, are in the early days in their climate action journey, and/or trying to take their efforts to the next level.

Q: Do I have to be a signatory to the Canadian Philanthropic Commitment to Climate Change?

A: Our goal is to have a mix of signatories and non-signatories participate in this Learning Series.
