Annual CEO Retreat 2024

Our annual in-person gathering, where the community of PFC member CEO/EDs comes together to discuss key issues and important developments in our sector, will take place from May 13-15, in Alton, ON.

Please note that check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, guestrooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

The Inn is a true country retreat less than an hour’s drive Northwest of downtown Toronto and Pearson International Airport (YYZ). There are a variety of transportation options available to get to the Inn.  

Beginning the afternoon of May 13 and continuing to mid-afternoon on May 15.
A more detailed schedule will be released in early 2024.

All sessions will take place in a dedicated meeting room at the Inn.

There are a variety of activities offered at the Inn, from their famous 100 Acre Challenge, to bonfires, hiking trails and their world-class spa (indoor & outdoor pool and services (at extra cost)). The greater Caledon area offers a variety of golf courses, art galleries, shops and museums.

Accommodation is included with your registration fee. Each participant is assigned a standard room. Should you wish to upgrade your room and/or extend your stay, you will have to contact the reservations team at the Inn to make those arrangements based on availability.

All meals are included in the registration fee and will be held in the Headwaters’ Dinning Room.

The registration fee is $1,100 and is inclusive of accommodation and meals.
Register by March 27 as space is limited to 35 people!
Once registered, you will receive an email containing payment instructions.

All travel is at the participant’s own expense.
