About the Role 

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Coordinator, Programs and Partnerships. This role supports RHF’s ability to deliver high-impact initiatives across multiple portfolios and thematic areas, with a primary focus on the Innovation portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, Programs and Partnerships, the Coordinator plays a key role in advancing program objectives through effective coordination, relationship management, and operational support. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate, implement and track activities that are required for the smooth running of multiple initiatives.  
  • Support program delivery and/or grant making infrastructure including development of plans and communication materials in collaboration with relevant RHF departments.  
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including travel arrangements, communications, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with partners.  
  • Collaborate with RHF staff to ensure timely distribution of materials, meeting minutes, and reports to managers, team members, and relevant stakeholders.  
  • Support work planning and implementation while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders by sharing relevant information, materials and opportunities shared by RHF. 
  • Support stakeholder identification, stewardship, and relationship management, including external specialists and vendors as needed. 
  • Conduct research, write reports, and maintain databases and systems to support RHF initiatives.  
  • Organize RHF information booths at events and ensure materials are updated and available across both print and digital media.  
  • In collaboration with the Communications department, coordinate the creation and management of digital content and campaigns across platforms (e.g., social media, websites, newsletters) while supporting RHF’s brand messaging. 
  • Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and assist with communication tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience 

  • A relevant diploma or a combination of relevant training, education, and experience.
  • 2 years of experience with program and/or project management coordination. 
  • Related work experience in the non-profit or charitable sector an asset. 
  • Experience with small or start-up organizations or initiatives an asset. 
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, project and event management.

  • Proficient ability navigating software and CRMs. 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Competitive Salary: Hiring range of $56,500 – $61,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
