External Climate Program Director – Trottier Family Foundation External Climate Program Director – Trottier Family Foundation Position: Full Time Published: October 14, 2026 Closing: November 5, 2026 Building on our $150 million commitment to climate solutions through 2030, our Climate program will implement a new strategy in 2027 to foster systems-level change and help accelerate Canada’s shift from fossil fuels to an electrified, people-centred economy and energy system. The Climate Program Director will lead our Clean and Affordable Energy for All work within this strategy. Working closely with the other Climate Program Directors, they will develop philanthropic interventions with the many actors working on Canada’s energy transition and support our work on economy and finance and sharing accountability for advancing the overall goals of the Climate program. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Canada’s energy systems, a strong systems lens, and proven experience bringing diverse stakeholders together around common goals.
