These peer-led groups provide a supportive environment for exchanging ideas, tackling challenges, and deepening expertise through regular meetings, discussions, and collaborative projects. Organizations eligible to be included in these groups for funders are: private foundations, public foundations (community foundation), corporate giving programs, not-for-profit grantmakers, government grantmakers, and donor advised funds. PFC Connects Separate from the Affinity Groups that we convene, PFC actively connects its members to existing Affinity Groups hosted by other organizations. This is part of our mission to nurture relationships, promote visibility across the sector, and enhance the collective impact of philanthropic work across Canada. PFC is not responsible for the content, format and membership of these groups housed outside of our organization.
