Funder Affinity Groups Affinity Groups bring together individuals from grantmaking organizations, including PFC members and non-members, with shared professional interests to collaborate, learn, and network. These peer-led groups provide a supportive environment for exchanging ideas, tackling challenges, and deepening expertise through regular meetings, discussions, and collaborative projects. Organizations eligible to be included in these groups for funders are: private foundations, public foundations (community foundation), corporate giving programs, not-for-profit grantmakers, government grantmakers, and donor advised funds. Our three areas of focus – Capacity Building, Collaboration, Research and Policy – are mutually reinforcing and are at the core of PFC’s work.
