Mental Health and Wellness Affinity Group

The Mental Health and Wellness Affinity Group (MHWAG) is a group of Canadian-based philanthropic funders committed to leveraging philanthropy to improve the mental health and wellbeing of Canadians. 

The MHWAG provides a forum for philanthropic foundations working in the area of mental health to learn, share and collaborate through the provision of knowledge, expansion of relationships, and opportunity to co-fund projects and better leverage resources.

As a collective, the MHWAG also seeks to collaborate with policy makers, mental health practitioners and researchers to advance the development and delivery of best-in-class mental health services for all Canadians.

Members lead workshops and interactive sessions to help foster both personal and professional growth.

PFC actively connects its members to affinity groups hosted by other organizations to nurture relationships, promote visibility across the sector, and enhance the collective impact of philanthropic work across Canada.
