CEO Support Group Cohorts

The CEO Support Group Cohorts are an exclusive initiative for PFC member organizations, established to foster a trusted environment for peer learning and mutual support among executive leaders. The program convenes Chief Executive Officers, Executive Directors, and equivalent leadership roles to facilitate the exchange of insights, strengthen sector relationships, and collaboratively address leadership challenges.

About this group: 

Meetings occur on a quarterly basis and offer a confidential setting for participants to discuss executive leadership issues, share knowledge, and build trust. Participation is restricted to one executive-level representative per PFC member organization, promoting meaningful dialogue and strong connections among leaders from diverse organizations. 

Who is this group for? 

This group is open to Executive leaders from PFC Member organizations whose role is to make major decisions, drive resources toward strategic goals, and act as the bridge between the organizational governance (Boards of Directors) and operations (staff, if applicable).  You may be on staff or function in a volunteer capacity.
