Lucy Lu

Lucy works as a Climate Change Advisor for the Peter Gilgan Foundation, where she channels her expertise and creativity towards combating climate change as her professional raison d’être. In her role, she manages a dynamic portfolio of climate change grants and impact investments. She boasts an academic journey spanning diverse fields: geology, soil science, hydrology, wetlands, and biogeochemistry. With a Bachelors in Earth Sciences and a Master of Science in Geography from McGill University, she first built a career as a technical environmental consultant specializing in river restoration before switching to sustainability and climate change.
