2025 CEO Support Group Cohort The CEO Support Group 2025 cohort initiative is for Chief Executive Officers, Executive Directors, or other equivalent leadership positions, who have identified a desire and a need to share information, strengthen sector relationships, and support one another as sector throughout the year. Our Work Funder Affinity Groups PFC Convenes CEO Support Group Cohort Building from the foundation from the 2023-2024 CEO Support Call initiative, beginning in Fall 2024 PFC introduced a cohort approach to this program to allow the executive-level leadership representative from member organizations to discuss items that are top of mind and creates challenges for them, to develop trust, and to deepen their relationships with one another through regular, semi-unstructured videoconference calls. As a result, PFC has designed an online conversation-based peer-learning initiative in a cohort format to faciliate rich dialogue that comes from different regional perspectives. Who is this group for? This group is open to Executive leaders from PFC Member organizations whose role is to make major decisions, drive resources toward strategic goals, and act as the bridge between the organizational governance (Boards of Directors) and operations (staff, if applicable). You may be on staff or function in a volunteer capacity.
