Project Assistant, KBF CANADA

Position: Full Time

The KBF CANADA team is expanding.

KBF CANADA’s mission is to promote, enable and implement international charitable projects across the globe. Tapping into the exceptional international network of the MYRIAD Alliance for Borderless Giving, KBF CANADA works with individuals, families, corporations, and foundations, allowing them to support their favorite causes anywhere in the world through dedicated charitable project management.

Your role would be to provide administrative support to the main project manager, so every day would be full of interest. A job with career opportunities awaits you as part of a dynamic and highly motivated team intent on conducting every project well and effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Daily follow-up of numerous files and verification of processes
  2. Verification of compliance with requested documentation for each project, control of invoices and expenditures
  3. Coordination of meetings (largely virtual), note-taking and summarizing each meeting
  4. Management of filing for all the documentation inherent to each project
  5. Relations with partners and our various international offices
  6. Other administrative support and tasks, as needed.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in an administrative job

Qualifications

  • Oral and written bilingualism (higher level of English)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office application
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter, versatile, reliable, meets deadlines, excellent communication skills with people at all levels, entrepreneurial spirit, and a wish to actively participate in the growth of the KBF CANADA Montreal office.
