2026 Membership Renewal Form

Membership Contributions are determined by a calculation of your organization’s annual Assets and Grants.

The annual Contribution level is determined by a rolling average of three years of investment and granting data, as per your T3010. For 2026, contributions are calculated using T3010 data from 2021, 2022, and 2023. Or, data from your audited Financial Statements from 2021, 2022, and 2023

PFC offers the option to commit to Membership for one year or for three years.

By committing to a three-year Membership Renewal, your annual Membership Contribution will remain at the above rate for 2026, 2027, and 2028 – effectively ‘locking in’ at the same Contribution level for the upcoming three-year period – regardless of changes in your Assets and Grants calculation, and regardless of any rate changes.

Opting into a Membership for three years helps ensure a consistent membership rate for your organization, and helps PFC maintain sustainable funding for the coming years.

If you opt to commit to three years of PFC membership, the rate for your renewal for the coming two years — 2027, 2028 — will remain at your 2026 rate.

A membership notice for your annual Membership Contribution at the fixed rate will be sent during the Renewal period of the coming two years, and payment will be made for the annual renewal within each calendar year.
